THE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS FORMED ARE AS FOLLOWS: SAID CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. THE CORPORATION SHALL FORM FOR THE PURPOSES OF A)DISSEMINATING INFORMATION TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS REGARDING THE WORK BEING DONE BY CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE SERVING THE NEEDS OF ORPHANED BOYS AND GIRLS, AND B)PROMOTING CHARITABLE WORK BY ENCOURAGING INDIVIDUALS TO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO SERVE THE POOR AND NEEDY; C)PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDE CHILDREN WITH OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL SERVE TO IMPROVE THEIR POTENTIAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS AND THUS BECOME STRONG CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS TO THEIR COMMUNITIES AS ADUL
