Financial assistance to USA livestock producers to mitigate financial losses suffered due to livestock illness. Funding is intended to support applicants facing financial damage from a reduction in milk production following diagnosed illness in their dairy cows. This program is intended to offset losses suffered as a result of H5N1 infection.

Grants of up to $30,000 to North Carolina nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies, religious entities, schools, and IHEs in eligible counties for programs that address the needs of local communities in rural areas. Funding is intended to support general operating expenses and projects that are community-led and community-centered. Organizations that are led by and primarily serve people of color are encouraged to apply. Requests will be accepted from organizations located in one of the State's rural counties.

Grants to USA and territories government agencies and tribal agencies for transportation infrastructure capital and planning projects. Applicants are advised that required registrations may take several weeks to complete. Funding is intended for projects that have a significant local or regional impact.

Grants to USA and Israel scientific researchers associated with nonprofit IHEs, hospitals, and government research centers to study cognitive and behavioral sciences. Grants will provide funding for conducting feasibility and proof of concept research.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International junior faculty researchers for research projects related to retinal health. Funding may be used for the following expenses: staff salaries, research supplies, and partial support of the candidate's salary. The purpose of the program is to advance research that aims to cure retinal degenerative disease.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International organizations for research projects regarding a specific combination of medications used to treat breast cancer. Funding is intended to identify ways to improve the management of treatment for patients on specific treatment paths.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International clinicians and researchers affiliated with nonprofit entities, IHEs, laboratories, and biotech companies for research projects related to Parkinson's disease. Funding is intended to advance the development of high-performance, quantitative alpha-synuclein seed amplification assays (aSyn-SAAs), addressing the critical need for less invasive, highly sensitive and quantitative biomarkers in Parkinson’s disease (PD) clinical trials.

Opportunity for USA nonprofit and for-profit organizations to participate in a competition and business accelerator program focused on AI solutions. The purpose of the award program is to acknowledge excellence and innovation in the field of minority mental health services, including increased awareness, early recognition, and access to treatment.

Grants of up to $10,000 and in-kind support to USA, Canada, and International scholars representing Indigenous communities for efforts to record, preserve, and bring to life Indigenous cultures, languages, and knowledge systems. Funding is intended to increase access to the Smithsonian’s diverse collections - archival, biological, and cultural - in support of interdisciplinary research aimed at language and knowledge documentation and revitalization.

Grants of up to $10,000 to North Carolina nonprofit and faith-based organizations for programs that address community needs and enrich the quality of life in eligible locations. Funding is intended for projects in the focus areas of education, health, the environment, disaster relief, animal welfare, arts and culture, historic preservation, children and youth, and other human services. Eligible applicants serve the residents of Dare County and the Outer Banks communities from Corolla to Ocracoke Island.

Grants of up to $25,000 to USA public charitable organizations in eligible watershed regions for projects that preserve and enhance oceanic ecosystems, improve water quality, and protect the environment. Funding is intended for a wide range of projects and activities that improve conditions in the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays, the Northern California watershed, and the San Francisco Bay watershed.

Grants to USA organizations in multiple states and locations for programs that benefit local communities. Funding is intended to enhance the quality of life of local residents in areas served by the funding source. Eligible organizations are located in specified communities and counties in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

Grants to USA, territories, Mexico, and Haiti organizations for general operating support and community projects. Funding is intended for social justice projects that meet critical community needs. Eligible programs are those that align with one of the funding source's funding priorities, which include the following:

Opportunity for USA, Canada, and International nonprofit organizations, IHEs, and businesses to participate in a competition for the development of new concepts to treat epilepsy. The award will support the development and commercialization of the winning concepts, technologies, and products. Two categories of awards will be offered: community awards and investment awards.

Grants up to $5,000 to USA small to medium-sized farm owners and operators and agricultural nonprofits to implement sustainable farming activities. Funding is intended for projects that strengthen local communities and encourage farms to operate more sustainably. Applicants must be established working farms with at least two years of experience.

Opportunity for USA and Canada K-12 student teams to participate in a STEM competition. The competition is intended to encourage students to focus on team-based learning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. The competition encourages students to combine their imaginations with the tools of science to create and explore a vision of a future technology.

Grants of up to $10,000 to North Carolina nonprofit organizations to sponsor projects that benefit local youth and young adults in eligible locations. Funding is intended to offer youth the opportunity to gain important skills and experiences while contributing to the local quality of life. This year, preference will be given to applications that focus on domestic violence, access to health care, mental health, schools, and food insecurity. Projects with strong youth leadership are highly encouraged. Projects must impact youth ages 12 to 22 in Guilford County.

In-kind grants valued at $2,600 to USA nonprofit organizations serving local communities. Grant recipients will receive online, social media, and print publicity services to promote awareness about the organization. The purpose of this program is to help small worthy causes raise awareness and visibility.

Grants to North Carolina nonprofits, government agencies, law enforcement agencies, faith-based organizations, and Tribal governments for services that improve the juvenile justice system. Applicants are advised that the required registrations must be completed prior to applying.

Grants to North Carolina nonprofit organizations, local and state government agencies and law enforcement agencies, Tribal governments, courts, and victim service providers for programs that assist female victims of violent crimes. Applicants must complete the required registrations prior to applying. Funding is intended to strengthen victim services in cases involving violent crimes against women, including stalking, sexual assault, dating violence, and domestic violence.

Grants to North Carolina nonprofits, government agencies, law enforcement agencies, faith-based organizations, and Tribal governments for activities that address the needs of crime victims and their families. Applicants are advised that the required registrations must be completed prior to applying. The primary purpose of the VOCA Grant Program is to fund direct services to crime victims and their families.

Grants to USA nonprofit organizations to improve the lives of injured military veterans and their families. Funding is intended to support a range of services and programs including, but not limited to, therapeutic and recreational activities, career training and education, rehabilitation programs, shelters for the homeless, and the supply of mobility items.

Grants of up to North Carolina nonprofit organizations for arts programs, arts education programs, and to expand access to the arts in eligible regions. Funding is intended for the presentation and creation of engaging arts programs that are multi-cultural in nature. Eligible initiatives serve Guilford County.

Grants to USA nonprofit organizations for research projects on topics related to children's welfare and parenting. Funding is intended for original projects that have the potential to benefit infants and children. Focus areas include parenting practices and education, early childhood education and play, and early childhood welfare.

Award of up to $5,000 to a USA, Canada, or International undergraduate activist in recognition of exceptional activities that promote the preservation of freshwater and marine resources. Eligible nominees have championed their cause and garnered peer support throughout the school year. In addition to the monetary prize, the winner will also receive mentorship from MCN and be partners for the academic year.

Grants of up to $75,000 to USA, Canada, and International researchers at for-profit and nonprofit institutions for research projects on psoriasis. Proposed projects should advance the understanding or treatment of psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, or related comorbidities. Funding is intended for proof-of-concept experiments and preliminary research. The goal is to stimulate the development of new research programs in the field of psoriatic disease capable of competing for long-term funding from the National Institutes of Health or similar agencies in the future.

Grants and loans to USA and territories agencies, IHEs, public power entities, and rural electric cooperatives to assist rural small businesses and agricultural producers in evaluating their energy efficiency. Applicants are advised that required registrations may take several weeks to complete.

Grants of $500 and grants of $1,000 to USA and territories nonprofit organizations, government agencies, IHEs, and school districts for gardening programs for children and youth. Funding is intended to support the creation or expansion of green spaces and gardens that serve 15 or more youth in communities across the country.

Grants to North Carolina nonprofit organizations and state and local government agencies for programs and projects to improve the criminal justice system, enhance public safety, and provide services for crime victims. Applicants are advised that the required registrations must be completed prior to applying.

Grants to USA, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands nonprofit community development and housing organizations, Tribes, and Tribal housing entities and authorities serving rural areas to strengthen the capacity to implement housing programs for low-income residents. Funding is intended to enhance the capacity and ability to carry out affordable housing and community development activities that benefit low- and moderate-income families and persons.

Grants of up to $500 and in-kind support to USA, Canada, and International women entrepreneurs to enhance business or organizational development. Funding is intended to support the improvement, expansion, and strengthening of organizations and businesses that impact families, girls, and women throughout the world. Requests will be accepted from women working in any field.

Residencies to USA artists to create original artistic work on a nature reserve in Wyoming. The goal of the program is to increase the public's appreciation for and understanding of national parks. Applications are welcome from a variety of creative individuals, including writers, sculptors, musicians, composers, photographers, culinary and performing artists, and painters. This residency will take place at Bighorn Canyon National Park in Lovell, Wyoming.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International investigators affiliated with host institutions for research related to psoriasis. Funding is intended to help scientific discoveries transition more quickly into treatments that clearly benefit patients living with psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis.

Grants of up to $50,000 to USA, Canada, and International graduate students and postdoctoral investigators for research projects addressing psoriasis. Funding is intended to enable applicants to eventually compete for larger grants and to position themselves to establish successful long-term careers conducting psoriatic disease research. The goal of this award is to support scientists at this challenging early career stage and to welcome them into the collaborative community of scientists, clinicians, and patients involved with NPF research.

Grants of up $3,000 to USA, Canada, and International organizations and individuals for the protection and preservation of wildlife and habitats. Funding is intended for a range of projects, including education, research, and habitat management. Special consideration will be given to projects in line with the Zoo's mission, conservation goals, and species represented at the Zoo and to local research and conservation projects.

Grants to USA nonprofit organizations, local and state government agencies, and public schools to benefit local communities in the funding source's service area. Priority is given to programs that provide services to individuals with low- to moderate-income and to underserved populations. Programs must benefit regions served by TD Bank, including regions in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington DC.

Grants of up to $50,000 to USA, Canada, and International institutions to create a fellowship for research careers and medical training. Funding is intended to support researchers in the fields of academic dermatology and rheumatology. Priority consideration will be given to applications that advance psoriatic disease research. Funds must be applied toward stipend, salary, and fringe benefits.

Fellowships of $85,000 to USA, Canada, and International journalists for original projects and research in the area of digital progress in media. The Fellowship is intended to offer an experience at a prestigious university to learn and collaborate on activities that address digital transformation in journalism. The Nieman-Berkman Klein Fellowship in Journalism Innovation brings individuals to Harvard University to work on a specific course of research or a specific project relating to journalism innovation.

Fellowship to a USA doctoral candidate for research projects related to disability or retirement. Proposals are encouraged from applicants in all academic disciplines, especially those from underserved or underrepresented backgrounds. The purpose of the program is to improve the quality of scholarship in this field of studies and to promote the next generation in retirement or disability policy research.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International individuals and organizations for projects that raise awareness about issues related to animal rights. Eligible projects may be artistic or academic in nature. Priority will be given to new applicants. Grants are awarded in three categories: creativity, performance, or research.

Scholarships to USA American Indian and Alaska Native college and high school students to study disciplines related to agriculture, natural resources, and food. Applicants must attend an eligible college or university. In addition to the scholarships, students will also engage in paid work experience that leads to employment at the USDA. Applicants must attend one of the 35 federally recognized tribal colleges and universities.

Grants of up to $20,000 to USA and France nonprofit organizations for cultural and artistic exchanges. Funding is intended for dance-based projects such as tours, presentations, series, and joint productions. Grants may be used for production-related expenses, such as travel, equipment rentals, housing, per diem, and visa fees.

Grants of up to $25,000 to USA nonprofit organizations, for-profits, healthcare and assisted living facilities, and rehab centers for community programs and projects that benefit individuals with Parkinson's disease. Focus areas include mental health, exercise, and supporting care partners of individuals with PD.

Grants to USA middle schools for music education programs that have a community service component. Students at recipient schools will provide at least three musical performances to seniors in the local community, interacting with them during and/or following each performance. The main purpose of the program is to develop emotional and social intelligence in students through public service activities rendered to members of the community.

Grants to North Carolina and South Carolina businesses, organizations, and individuals in eligible counties to subsidize the replacement of diesel engines and equipment with cleaner, updated, and less polluting alternatives. Funding is intended to reduce air pollutants through incentives for replacing or repowering heavy-duty equipment. Eligible applicants are located in Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rowan, and Union Counties in North Carolina and York County in South Carolina.

Grants and in-kind support to Georgia, Michigan, New York, Ohio, and Texas nonprofit organizations and government agencies to develop public areas where the funding source has a business presence. Funding is intended for outdoor projects that are free and open to the public.

Grants to North Carolina nonprofit organizations, IHEs, tribes, municipalities, and libraries in eligible locations for arts projects. Funding is intended to assist local multicultural organizations and arts groups and to increase access to high-quality arts experiences. If an organization is applying for project support for artist-led programming, the artists must be African American, Asian American, Arab American, Latino, Native American, or Native Hawaiian. Projects and programs must benefit the residents of Guilford County.

Opportunity for USA and Puerto Rico undergraduate students at IHEs to participate in a summer internship program related to earth sciences. Selected students will receive a cash stipend, accommodations, and transportation support, and gain first-hand research experience using a research aircraft to collect data during the eight-week program. Eligible research areas include atmospheric chemistry, air quality, forest ecology, and ocean biology.

Grants to USA grape and wine researchers for research projects related to the wine industry. Funding is intended to support projects addressing a wide range of focus areas, including enology; grapevine pest and disease management; breeding and genetics; education and outreach; and cultural practices. Research results developed during the study should be communicated to end-users through outreach and education programs.

Grants to USA government agencies, organizations, and Tribes in multiple states for habitat conservation and restoration projects in the funding source's service area. Funding is intended for on-the-ground habitat conservation and restoration projects, associated design and monitoring activities, and land acquisition. Grants to USA nonprofit organizations to advance diversity in the fields of entrepreneurship and investments. The goal of the grant program is to facilitate progress in diversifying entrepreneurship and empowering a more diverse group of investors through knowledge and financial literacy.

Fellowship of $5,000 to a USA Ph.D. candidate for research in the field of philanthropic studies. Funding is intended to support research and writing that will expand understanding of gender differences in philanthropy and women's philanthropy. Eligible applicants are scholars whose primary research focus is in the area of women’s philanthropy or gender differences in philanthropic behavior and giving.

Grants to USA organizations for culturally appropriate programs to improve the health of Native American populations. The purpose of the program is to reduce chronic illness through management, prevention, and educational initiatives. Priority will be given to programs that address obesity prevention, commercial tobacco use prevention and cessation, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and oral disease.

Grants to USA and territories small specialty crop businesses to offset expenses related to safety regulations and requirements. Funding is intended for on-farm food safety program expenses, including certification receipt or renewal, as well as related costs. Applicants may receive reimbursement for developing an initial food safety plan, maintaining or updating an existing food safety plan, food safety certification, certification upload fees, microbiological testing, and training.

Grants to USA and territories organizations for programs to benefit individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Funding is intended for activities that increase the availability of specialized services by strengthening the workforce in that area. Eligible activities include internship programs, training, professional development, and hiring new staff.

Grants of up to $5,000 to USA organizations for projects to expand eligible wheelchair sports programs. Funding is intended for a variety of programming needs, including but not limited to court time, coaching, events, tournaments, camps, and equipment. Priority is given to programs that plan to attract new junior players to wheelchair tennis.

Grants to North Carolina government agencies, tribal entities, law enforcement agencies, nonprofit organizations, faith-based entities, and courts for child victim services. Applicants must complete the required registrations prior to applying. Priority is given to programs to improve the Investigative, administrative, and judicial handling of cases of child abuse and neglect.

Award of $10,000 to a USA journalist to recognize significant efforts in reporting on local issues. Eligible entries are those related to the environment, science, technology, and public health. The award is intended for pieces that have appeared in local and regional media outlets.

Fellowships of $1,000 per week and grants of $500 per week to USA, Canada, and International doctoral candidates for historical research projects. Funds may be used to defray the cost of travel and commuting to a designated Virginia museum, where the studies will be conducted. The purpose of the program is to support research studies in a range of sociological and historical focus areas, in order to promote the interpretation of Virginia history and access to its collections.

Grants of up to $30,000 to USA, Canada, and International researchers for research projects related to Gorlin syndrome. The purpose of the program is to advance knowledge about potential treatments and cures for the disease and to enhance the quality of life for those affected by it.

Grants of up to $2,500 to USA freelance journalists to research and write pieces of investigative journalism. Funding is intended to conduct preliminary reporting that will lead to full investigations. Funding may be used for initial reporting trips and open-records requests.

Grants and in-kind support to USA, Canada, and Mexico cities for outdoor visual arts projects. Funding is intended to cover costs associated with public art on pedestrian spaces, roadways, and public infrastructure. In addition to a cash grant, applicants will also receive on-call technical assistance from the tactical urbanism firm Street Plans and impact evaluation support from Sam Schwartz Consulting.

Grants of $10,000 to USA nonprofit organizations and government entities for capacity-building projects to benefit local communities. Funding is intended to support projects and programs in a variety of focus areas, including education and training, health and wellbeing, and expanding access to food and shelter.

Cooperative agreements to USA nonprofit and for-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and government agencies for oceanographic research projects. Applicants are advised that required registrations may take several weeks to complete. The proposed activities should provide for expanded OA observational and experimental capabilities of repeated oceanographic research cruises to better achieve the strategic aims of the program.

Grants of $1,750 to USA high schools serving low-income families to develop community service programs for students. Funding is intended to cover compensation for staff supervision. The purpose of the program is to foster compassion, empathy, and self-esteem in participating students.

Awards to USA, Canada, and International individuals to recognize exceptional contributions to the field of air quality and climate change. Selected award winners are honored for transformative achievements in advancing environmental policy goals and environmental justice, or furthering research, education, science, and technology. Awards honor those with international accomplishments as well as those who have acted locally.

Grants to USA teachers, counselors, and educators to purchase classroom equipment, materials, and supplies. The purpose of the program is to provide students in grades 6-12 with knowledge about career opportunities in the TV and film entertainment industry. Eligible applicants and their students will watch a webinar featuring entertainment professionals who speak about their careers and offer advice for aspiring media professionals. Grants may be used for classroom needs, including media or technology equipment or other classroom needs.

Fellowships to USA and Canada K-12 and IHE faculty, graduate students, and independent scholars from underrepresented backgrounds to conduct research projects at an institution in Greece. In addition to the research projects, fellows will have the opportunity to join the academic programs at the school. Fellowships will take place at the American School of Classical Studies at Athens.

Award to a USA, Canada, or International individual, group of individuals, or organization in recognition of substantial advances in seeking climate change solutions. The purpose of the award is to encourage and reward the pursuit of sustainable long-term results that could strengthen communities facing the effects of climate change, helping them to adapt and build resilience at a local level. It supports scalable solutions that will have real impact nationally and globally.

Grants of up to $20,000 to North Carolina nonprofit organizations and government agencies to promote public recreation projects in eligible locations. Funding is intended to develop and support active and passive recreation and leisure activities for the benefit of residents of all ages. Grants are available to construct and install recreation facilities and amenities that are free to use and open to the public in Granville County.

Grants of up to $10,000 to USA and Canada nonprofit organizations for programs and projects to alleviate hunger. Funding is intended to support activities that focus on nutrition education, food rescue, and direct food assistance. Programs may include but are not limited to community efforts such as meal assistance programs for children, families, and seniors, food banks, and food pantries.

Grants of up to $10,000 to USA, Canada, and Mexico nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities, government agencies, and laboratories to cover expenses related to conferences, scientific meetings, and workshops that address aging. Funding is intended to support activities that reflect the Foundation's mission to drive efforts to extend healthy human lifespan and understand the processes of aging.

Grants of up to $25,000 to USA and Canada individuals who have suffered severe injuries for adaptive equipment and expenses related to their recovery. Funding is intended for individuals who have been injured while participating in sports activities, veterans injured while serving, and individuals who have experienced a life-changing injury so that they can continue to pursue sports activities.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International nonprofit organizations to further the instruction of integrative medicine. The purpose of funding is to help medical schools and residency programs expand educational programming that teaches integrative medicine. Funding is intended to train medical students, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

Grants to USA nonprofit organizations focused on housing issues for projects that will benefit the local community. Eligible nonprofits must be nominated by a title industry professional. Applicants should have a proven history of community service projects, in particular projects related to housing.

Grants of up to $15,000 to USA nonprofit organizations to support projects that benefit local communities. Funding is intended for projects in a wide range of areas including the arts, economic development, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, education, health and wellness, and STEAM.

Opportunity for USA coalitions of CBOs, agencies, labor organizations, and clean energy employers to address a clean energy workforce development challenge. Funding is intended to strengthen ties between various stakeholders in an effort to increase the number of people able to attain a good job in clean energy.

Grants to USA nonprofit organizations, hospitals, families, and individuals for activities that benefit local communities. Funding is intended for projects and programs in the areas of recreation, education, medical research, and medical needs. Funds may be used for general support or operating expenses as well as for specific projects.

Awards to USA and Canada individuals in recognition of outstanding contributions to the Jewish community. Eligible nominees have demonstrated their dedication to the Jewish community by working for a nonprofit organization that serves the Jewish Community. Nominees will be assessed based on criteria that include their commitment to the Jewish community, integrity, professional achievement, and innovation.

Grants of up to $7,000 to USA, Canada, and International visual artists for international exchanges with other artists. Funding is intended for travel and living expenses for mid-career artists who wish to travel abroad for creative development, access and exposure to other cultures, and more. Artists from Kansas City and the Central Plains/Midwest region of the USA receive first priority for funding.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International nonprofit and for-profit organizations, government agencies, and academic institutions for research to produce lower-cost monoclonal antibodies. The purpose of the program is to make mAbs accessible to a larger market, particularly to those in low- and middle-income settings. Two streams of funding are available.
