SOAR (SSI/SSDI OUTREACH, ACCESS, AND RECOVERY) IS A NATIONAL PROGRAM THAT ASSISTS ELIGIBLE ADULTS WHO ARE HOMELESS OR AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR SSI/SSDI DISABILITY BENEF
